This remedies a breaking change from flutter#164034 by restoring RenderConstrainedLayoutBuilder as a typedef of RenderAbstractLayoutBuilderMixin and providing a default implementation for `layoutInfo`. This remedies a breaking change from flutter#164034 by restoring RenderConstrainedLayoutBuilder as a typedef of RenderAbstractLayoutBuilderMixin and providing a default implementation for `layoutInfo`.
