Now that fuchsia protocols can convey sysmem2 tokens, avoid token conversions.

[fuchsia][sysmem2] switch to sysmem2 tokens (flutter#166120)

Now that fuchsia protocols can convey sysmem2 tokens, avoid token
conversions.
