This happens because some of the state of FlutterPlatformViewsController is not cleared as part of the Hot Restart. Specifically, `self.previousCompositionOrder` will have its previous value from before the Hot Restart. The fix here clears that state as part of the Hot Restart. When performing a Hot Restart on iOS in an app that uses PlatformViews, a "recreating_view" PlatformException can be thrown. This happens because some of the state of FlutterPlatformViewsController is not cleared as part of the Hot Restart. Specifically,
