I wonder if the dependency is a minimum instead of exact? |

I think the way that dimensions work is that each bot has a set of dimensions, which are key value string pairings, and if you set a desired dimension on the request then swarming looks for a bot that matches ALL of the dimensions. In other words, I don't think it knows about semver, it just knows that some bots have the string |
