Ask yourself, is there anything in your PR that you feel it is important we not accidentally revert back to how it was before your fix? Reviewers: Read the Tree Hygiene page and make sure this patch meets those guidelines before LGTMing. The test exemption team is a small volunteer group, so all reviewers should feel empowered to ask for tests, without delegating that responsibility entirely to the test exemption group. |

I think the examples would be easier to understand if they were directly after what they are exemplifying. Said another way, should we move /// A stack trace is included in the tool output when `--verbose` is specified. to be earlier or later in the text?
I think this should be later (maybe before the bit about not passing null).

LGTM with nit. This looks good for test exemption. This is just a docs change (throwToolExit is pre-existing syntactic sugar for throw ToolExit and is already under test).

throw ToolExitwiththrowToolExitand makes the former impossible; this is so that every user will at least (hypothetically) have the chance to read the documentation attached tothrowToolExit(and if we change parameters in the future they will all flow through one place).
