- use uuid from package:uuid instead of from package:usage `package:usage` is discontinued and no longer maintained; this removes one use of it from the flutter_tools codebase. *List which issues are fixed by this PR. This removes the use if the UUID implementation from package:usage (which has been discontinued) and switched to using the implementation from package:uuid.
It does look there are existing non-trivial uses of package:usage in flutter_tools still. Moving off that package will get increasingly important as it uses an older version of package:http; that older dep will really start to constrain using newer versions of other packages here.
