I'm really happy to see these goldens going away. I've thought before that we could probably test the same thing without them. This should be much faster and less flaky.

It's especially weird because the screenshot in your issue makes it look like the border is clearly several pixels away from the bottom right of the label. Could be something like a rounding thing as you suggested. I think I remember the code that does the break in the border is not super precise.

Description
This PRs replaces golden usage in the M3 section of InputDecorator tests.
Before this PR, there were only two M3 InputDecorator tests that rely on golden.
After this PR, no M3 InputDecorator tests rely on golden.
