Pulls shared logic out of the two test cases into helper functions:
ext.flutter.inspector.getRootWidgetSummaryTreeext.flutter.inspector.getRootWidgetSummaryTreeWithPreviewsAlso adds a lot of comments to make it clearer what these tests are actually testing.
