WidgetsApp.debugShowWidgetInspectorOverridewas replaced withWidgetsBinding.instance.debugShowWidgetInspectorOverrideNotifierin #144029.The old API was removed, not deprecated.
It is used by some open-source projects, thus I'm making the effort of bringing the API back as deprecated.
