Description

Adds CurvedAnimation disposals to material/chip.dart, material/input_decorator.dart, material/toggleable.dart, widgets/animated_switcher.dart, widgets/overscroll_indicator.dart.

Is it necessary to call _decelerator.removeListener(notifyListeners);?
Does not 'dispose' remove them?

If it is necessary, can you comment why?

You are right, _glowController.dispose() removes this listener, so _decelerator.removeListener(notifyListeners) is redundant, so I've removed it in the latest commit.
