There was a problem hiding this comment.
Kvm is for the nested virtualization. It supports running of the emulator. Setting it to 1 indicates the bot has it. Which adding these three dimensions might be overkill it made sense to include all 3.

Updating the Linux Android defines test to use dimensions to specify a kvm supported bot to run emulator tests on. Also moves this target to presubmit instead of post submit.
