ios-control/ios-deploy#567 may help with "iPhone is busy: Fetching debug symbols for iPhone" problem we saw a lot in CI #103511

Tested locally.

ios-deploy part of #69157
Unblocks #111988, the binary was built with IOS_DEPLOY_FEATURE_DEVELOPER_MODE=YES and accepts --check-developer-mode https://flutter-review.googlesource.com/c/recipes/+/34122
