SkSL warmup is not recommended for use on Android, and needs only a limited smoke test on iOS. Right now that smoke test lives in the devicelab_benchmark dashboard here https://ci.chromium.org/p/flutter/g/devicelab_benchmark/console?limit=500, but we will soon move it to the prod dashboard: #105468
