Context: #86722

Running all the tests in a test suite in a single isolate would significantly improve performance when gathering coverage data. It might be possible to refactor the test framework to do this automatically. If not, we should add documentation about the wrapper test pattern, for users who are running into significant performance issues when testing with coverage.
