https://github.com/flutter/buildroot/blob/master/tools/dart/create_updated_flutter_deps.py should deal with new dependencies being added to dart/sdk/DEPS. That would enable the auto roller to pick these up automatically instead of us having to do it manually.

The way the script is set up with the two DEPS files being quite different would require some juggling with string manipulation, reverse engineering from the list of dependencies (git urls) that a new dependency is missing.
