Engine build_and_benchmark_linux_release blocking LUCI migration #67579
Description
build_and_benchmark_linux_release is one of the remaining tasks in Cirrus and it is currently blocking migration to LUCI.
To be able to migrate this task we need to update metrics_center to run from within a luci context.
The current metrics_center code is coming from a private repository:
We'll need to move the code to one of the flutter projects and update it to use the token generated by luci when running from a luci contex.
