Google map package should expose the API to notify when the map finished rendering. This is to be distinguish with onMapCreated. [onMapCreated] is called when the view is ready, not necessarily when the content of the map is rendered.

mapViewDidFinishTileRendering: on iOS.
onMapLoaded: on Android.
