Steps to Reproduce

DropDownButtonFormField will not open menu items when clicking near the border.
Clicking only works if it is done close to the area that labelText is shown.

Expected results: DropDownButtonFormField should be clickable wherever you click inside the borders.

Actual results: DropDownButtonFormField is clickable only close to the labelText.
