If you show a tooltip, dismiss it, and show it again, it dismisses too quickly

Long-press an icon.

As soon as the tooltip appears, tap.

Immediately long-press the icon again.

The tooltip disappears too fast.

I'm guessing we don't clear the timeout or something.
