When flutter/plugins#2115 merges pod lib lint will be run on podspecs in the plugins repository on pre-submit. It would be good to run the static analyzer on pre-submit, but some plugins currently produce analyzer warnings.

Add the --analyze flag once no plugins produce analyzer warnings.
