Description
- Add a
project.xmlfile that the Android linter can use (done in Start of linting Android embedding engine#8023) - Add scripts to check the embedding code (add lint script for Android with baseline engine#8036)
- Make it part of a presubmit (add lint script for Android with baseline engine#8036)
- Make it run on postsubmits
