Brightness/Exposure/Focus control for camera plugin #24575

Steps to Reproduce
- Run code here: https://github.com/efortuna/final_countdown (apologize in advance that this demo isn't smaller) on a physical iOS device. iOS Simulator won't take pictures. It will take a picture every 10 seconds.
- All the camera code is in photo_clock.dart.
- Look at the image generated.
- Now take another image using the normal camera app built in for iOS, see how much brighter the lighting is.
I don't know if there's some sort of software brightening that Apple is doing after-the-fact, or if we have some setting that's capturing badly, but I've repro'd this across three different iOS devices (iPhone 8, iPhone XS Max, iPad Air).
