The mac instructions say:

Mac:
brew tap dart-lang/dart && brew install dart, or, if you don’t use homebrew, grab the latest stable channel build

...but they don't say what build. There's several options: 32bit SDK, 32 bit Dartium, 64 SDK, and API docs. We should be specific about which version the developer should get.
