Use case

Dart 3.10.0 has a major bug impacting production CI pipelines which makes it impossible (without disabling the analysis) to merge/create new builds. The bug has been fixed in Dart 3.10.1 patch release already.

Proposal

Please consider a swift release of a new patch version of Flutter that uses Dart 3.10.1 or later
