When SettingsChannelTest. configurationQueueWorks starts but does not finish before FlutterViewTest. detachFromFlutterEngine_removeImageView starts and finishes, the expected configuration queue head gets advanced beyond expectation and causes the test to fail.

If applicable, should make these tests (and any others that mess with the SettingsChannel queue) safe from being impacted by the order that the tests run in.
