[Impeller] libImpeller: hpp::Mapping release callbacks are not invoked. #170388
Description
An hpp-only counterpart of fml::NonOwnedMapping, the release callback is not invoked in the destructor. This causes leaks for users using impeller.h via the C++ bindings.
