Steps to Reproduce

When I click the hot reload button in IntelliJ I get timeouts most of the time. I stick with hot restart which works fine.

I have this issue since a while and don't know with what version it started (didn't much UI work until recently)

Logs

Run your application with flutter run and attach all the log output.

Run flutter analyze and attach any output of that command also.
