Use case

I want change cameraControl position or disable it.

Currently is not possible disable the cameraControl that is showed by default in flutter web neither change the position.

Proposal

In https://github.com/a14n/dart-google-maps the CameraPosition is available, so we can use it to be available in google_maps_flutter for web only.
