[Impeller] cyclical dependencies between impeller, display_list, typographer #166593
Description
In #166234, I wasn't able to easyily add a DLPath import, because DlPath depends on impeller in such a way that it introduces a cycle.
We should (in the fullness of time) refactor the impeller and dl sources so that the dl library and impeller depend on a common geometry library.
