Presubmits for several unrelated PRs (e.g., PRs touching script/tools/ in minor ways, which run all tests but couldn't actually affect this test) are hanging in testAnimateCameraWithoutDuration (variant: newCameraPosition) in Mac_arm64 ios_platform_tests_shard_2 * (could be shard_1 if the PR doesn't run all package tests).

I can't repro locally in several runs, but it's either very flaky in CI, or failing every time due to OOB failure, I'm not sure which yet.
