Use case

Some applications require a fixed bottom sheet that cannot be dismissed or resized by dragging. Having this property in both CupertinoSheetRoute and showCupertinoSheet would improve flexibility and usability.

Proposal

Add a property (e.g., enableDrag) to CupertinoSheetRoute and showCupertinoSheet, allowing developers to specify whether the sheet can be dragged.
