[camera] Cannot switch camera while recording video on physical iOS device (iOS 18.0.1) #162376

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to camera package official example
  2. Copy the example app
  3. Launch it on ios device with iOS 18.0.1 (in my case iPhone 16pro)
  4. Start recording video
  5. Try to switch the camera while recording

I am using camera: ^0.11.1.

Expected results

It is expected the camera will be switched.

Actual results

Camera is not switching while the recording video.
