Today, 2 PRs collided mid-air and caused the tree to go red (PR1, PR2).

This kind of collision is preventable by running some sanity check tests in the MQ (e.g. Linux analyze). Such a test would've caught the error and prevented the 2nd PR from landing; keeping the tree green.
