Hide "Mac Designed for iPad" in device discovery and flutter devices when iOS development is enabled #161250
Description
The work was done in #141718 to make these devices discoverable as part of "Support running iOS apps on ARM Macs as "My Mac (Designed for iPad)"".
Until #141328 is done, flutter run doesn't work. Let's turn off discoverability except for flutter attach until that work is done:
$ flutter run
