The video_player driver test asset videos live stream duration != 0 is failing (see failure: https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/flutter/builders/prod/Linux_android%20android_platform_tests_shard_6%20master/1962/overview) because https://flutter-review.googlesource.com/c/recipes/+/61440 removed the flag that enables network access. In the long run, this should be re-enabled on a per-test basis (see #160691), but https://flutter-review.googlesource.com/c/recipes/+/61660 should be landed for now to un-skip the asset videos live stream duration != 0 test.
