See #159560

Currently package:url_launcher uses version ^11.0.1 of package:pigeon, which does not support the latest analyzer. This is blocking flutter/flutter from updating dependencies.

The latest pigeon version is 22.6.4, so there might be a lot of breaking changes to deal with, I am not sure.
