Use case

I would like to use ScrollViewKeyboardDismissBehavior.onDrag inside all my app scrollviews.
Scrollview set by default the value of ScrollViewKeyboardDismissBehavior inside widget constructor, there is no way to do that globally.

Proposal

As for MaterialApp.scrollBehavior, it could be interesting to have a MaterialApp.keyboardDismissBehavior
