Delete firebase_android_embedding_v2_smoke_test test #158221
Description
This test was created to test the Android V2 embedding in #42708. Now that the V1 embedding has been deleted #143531, an explicit V2 smoke test is no longer needed. Additionally, this test has been in bringup since April due to a Firebase Test Lab outage #147338.
