Steps to reproduce
- Create file with non-ASCII characters in the path
- Create file URI to the file
- Use
launchUrlto open it.
Expected results
I expected the URL launcher plugin to open the file in an image viewer.
Actual results
The file did not open, reporting a file not found error.
