Editing multiline text sometimes places cursor on the wrong line #15572

Steps to Reproduce
Open the Text Fields demo in Flutter Gallery. Write some text in the Life Story field, hit the return key on the keyboard. The text cursor doesn't move to the next line until you type another character.
