we are using Banner widget to show flag for our services
and unfortunately we cannot remove the shadow for Banner Widget
there is already closed issue #148928
the widget is not good design which better to improve by remove the shadow or make configurable
for any answer like use Material as parent it will not work because Banner widget use hard coded shadow
