Use case

IMA SDK docs for Preloading Ads on Android:
https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/android/client-side/preload

It doesn't look like there is an equivalent feature for iOS.

Proposal

Since this is Android only, this proposes creating an AndroidAdsManagerInitParams with a enablePreloading flag.
