Should have: If these are not ready, Impeller can ship, but our 1P plugins will not reflect best practices:

• The new SurfaceProducer.setCallback API is documented as part of the migration guide
  Tracking: Add migration guide and callback-hooks for onDestroy/onResume w/ SurfaceProducer #148417
• Once the new stable release is out (~mid to late August), publish new versions of both plugins
  Tracking: Migrate rendering plugins to SurfaceProducer after stable release #139702

Best effort: We should try to do as many of these as possible, but they are not release blockers:

• Once the new stable release is out (~mid to late August), publish new versions of camera_android
• Reach out the top X external plugins (i.e. on Github) and notify them about the new API, suggest PRs if possible¹
