Add an example for CupertinoPopupSurface #150353
Description
Use case
We have CupertinoActionSheet with a form of action. Meanwhile, CupertinoPopupSurface is a customizable widget closer to Sheets under the Apple HIC. But there is no example for CupertinoPopupSurface currently.
Providing a visual example of how to implement and utilize its properties will be helpful to users.
