Steps to reproduce
- Run example code using Flutter 3.23.0-0.1.pre on Android Emulator - Pixel 7 API 34 or real Android device
- Swipe the TabBarView to go to Tab 3 or greater.
Expected results
The TabBar should act normally.
Actual results
The TabBar animates to start position and back. See attached video for demostration.
