[Impeller] Bold is slightly less bold than Skia for certain fonts #149142
Description
Pulling this issue in from #138386 . Now that the positioning issues are solved, we can see that bold fonts are sometimes slightly less bold. Might be related to fake bold settings, or we may need to scale the font size differently.
The difference is very slight, less than a full pixel.
