Steps to reproduce

  1. Clone example repository
  2. Run example repository on iOS using --enable-impeller flag
  3. Long press within the app the center of the screen and expect to see all 4 colors within the magnified section
  4. Run example repository on iOS using --no-enable-impeller flag
  5. Long press within the app the center of the screen and expect to see not the center magnified, a different area will become magnified

Expected results

skia and impeller act the same
Expect to see all 4 colors within magnified section if center of the app is long pressed

Actual results

A different area will become magnified when using impeller
