As per the new guidelines for iOS Privacy Manifest need to be added in the iOS apps being submitted from May 1, 2024. Flutter community is active working on the changes required for apps and packages.

However, there does not seem to be much resources about adding the Privacy Manifests for Flutter Modules and how to go about these for Module specific code.
