Rebasing in engine prints "gclient sync -D" reminder twice #146781

post-checkout: The engine source tree has been updated.
You may need to run "gclient sync -D"
Successfully rebased and updated refs/heads/surface-arc.
Remove the reminder for "pre-rebase" so it only prints once.
