To prevent/reduce issues like #146254 where package tests will pass locally (when run in series), but intermittently hang in CI until it times out, set parallelizable to NO. These types of failures/timeouts are also hard to repro and debug locally as they freeze xcode/terminal and need to be force quit, without giving a stacktrace.
